Yes, the other combinations work. I can mostly go to Pleasantville, but number pad keys are not detected in key-combinations.

Try this (from the SB+ thread for SR:TT):

If you have a non-US keyboard, laptop keyboard, or other type of keyboard that doesn't have certain keys like the brackets or arrows!
The following post explains how to make a simple edit in notepad that will change those input keys to anything you want them to be:

It's for the SR:TT version of SB+, but it should be easy to adapt it.
