Sandbox+ for SRTT

using teleport markers with char itself works perfectly but when the char in a vehicle, some locations put the player inside buildings or under the map. Is it possible for me to move these teleport markers myself?
 
Just thought with all these large places like STAG Offices, Thermopylae Interior, Mars, Virtual Reality and Nuke Plant there was no Deathmatch, Also why Volition never thought hey why don't we have multiplayer races in the the CyberBlazing track, also have multiplayer wrestling in the Murderbrawl Arena, Volition you got lazy on SRTT this is what make SR2 good.
 
If you are on the Island when you activate this the Zombies are still around, so try driving away from the island and returning and they should have disappeared.
I set "Arapice Island normal" state, saved game, loaded it, went to Arapice Island and zombies start to spawn. Textures are from "normal" state.
 
One question, is Sandbox+ related to GoS in any way, shape or form?

Can somebody make commands for toggling STAG activity and Saints loved/hated state for this mod?
