Modifying the file in order to tie the commands to other keys. Entering the commands with the other shift key also had no effect.

I mean't using the other shift key for when you need to access ";", since it's not bound to anything in the game windows should interpret it as ";".
But you solved your problem, so it doesn't make a difference.

Maybe I'm overlooking it in the commands list... but.... out of curiousity... is there a way to cycle through weather with Sandbox+ ?
