We're a pretty friendly bunch and try to be as helpful as we can to newcomers. Today's noob is often tomorrow's modder who contributes. ;)

It may be a bit overwhelming, but feel free to ask questions and someone is sure to give you a hand. Also, I try my best to make everything that I release as simple as possible to understand, so I'm always looking for feedback along those lines. :)

Well, the first thing is not to triple (or even double) post. If you have something to add and no one has replied yet, then please use the edit button and add it in to your existing post.

Back to troubleshooting, are you holding down the keys until the comand executes? For example, holding down SHIFT (which should be your sprint key) and then also holding down INSERT until it teleports you? Sometimes you have to hold it a full second or so.

If you're talking about GoS, then no. When you build your patch files, the final splash screen tells you where to put them. Since they are patch files they go here:
..\steam\steamapps\common\saints row the third\packfiles\pc\cache\

If the boundaries limitation cannot be found in the mission lua's or cannot be found in the cutscenes my only other guess is that it lies embedded in the EXE file which we cannot touch so it probably will come to a dead end and we might never succeed, because I remember when I used to mod GTAVC back in the day someone released a tool which edits the EXE to extend/remove boundaries.

I'm not sure what you're asking. This doesn't have anything at all to do with your current issue. RetroGangster and I are discussing why certain teleports have issues with boundaries that force the player back out.

Also, if you're talking about the Sandbox+ mod then the 3 files go in the root with the SRTT exe:
..\steam\steamapps\common\saints row the third\

There is no way to get any more specific than it already is:
1. move 3 files to the root with your srtt exe
2. Run the game and reset your bindings in SET KEYS & BUTTONS by pressing F1 and accepting
3. Hold down the 2 key combinations listed in the readme until they activate.

That's it, man. It's just that simple. If it's not working then I have no idea where you could have possibly went wrong since it sounds like you are following everything correctly. The only possible thing I can think of is that there is something different with the regional version of SRTT you have. What country are you from and how exactly did you purchase SRTT?
 
Gentlemen of Steelport and Sandbox+ are completely separate things; other than the fact that they are both something I created. Also, Sandbox+ will most likely be integrated into the next release of GoS as an optional mod.

I think it's safe to say that you have your own country's regional release of SRTT if you bought a boxed copy at Gamestop and it activated on Steam. I'm fairly certain that there is no difference in the Swedish version of SRTT compared to the US/UK and other European versions. I honestly have no idea why it's not working for you.
 
In some countries they censor video games for example in Australia and New Zealand they censor out certain swear words and blood.

Why don't you try what IdolNinja said and shoot someone and see if blood comes out to see if you have been censored in your country.

PS. Also I do not advise having automatic updates disabled as you will never be able to purchase and use DLC in the future.

Actually he already did and confirmed there was blood.
