Shiny clothes for the main character

Better than most of the DLC thanks so much for the shiny shiny :D You've been so gracious about requests too!

Final request if there is to be an update (last 2 items I care about) the Hills Magician Vest and the Urban Safari Tank top. With that my shiny clothes collection will be complete!

BTW I now have some time and would love to play around with hex, have a recommendation for a good hex editor?
 
i dont have 'steam/somthing somthing/common/ saints row the third" yet I do have saints row and like to mod, where should i put my mods? should i put it in : "THQ/saintsrowthethird/packfiles/pc/cahce" because i found one mod that worked when i put it there.. Thanks in advance
 
thanks for this! i love your mod i'm replaying the whole game because of it! i have one request though....please can you do the biker jackets? and with shiny tops as well? :D
 
is it possible to make the deckers specialist shiny + remove the broken black leggings and the red piece of the top that is visible?

ps. still the best mod!

I would very much like to modify those clothes, but if I 'm correct that outfit belongs to dlc that I don 't own.
You can always upload the necessary files so I can modify those (you 'll need to do the testing then by yourself of course). But first I have to check with one of the administrators if they 're okay with that, just to be sure.

I 've always used the "Hex Editor Neo" (free edition):

Until now it has served me well.
 
Hey superdemus - I would like to try that variant of the decker outfit requested by Zhalakin as well as having shiny versions of the morningstar stuff.
What is your steam profile name or email so I can gift you the DLC and make it all kosher?

I asked so i should be the one to send the gift, Superdemus i just need your steamnick or Email ;)
 
...all cool Zhalakin, I figured since I have as well enjoyed the great work of others, $2.99 is a small contribution since I do not mod myself.
 
I 've contacted IdolNinja about those files and, though the fact he 's okay with it, it seems that the dlc files are already present in the original game.
You just need to buy the dlc to be able to use those items ingame, so it isn 't really necessary to "donate" the dlc (though I always like the idea of it ;), my steam nickname is also "superdemus" but don 't feel forced).

Anyway, I 'll see what I can do.
