SPOILERS So this happened.... (Spoilers!)

He had a 0.01% chance to spawn in SR3. That's not a guaranteed spawn for every 10,000 peds, that's every ped having a 0.01% chance to be Genki. And this was per island, so your odds decreased even more if you crossed bridges frequently.

Fun story: Very first non-dev I saw playing the game was release night at GameStop. He got to the "Buy a Gun" tutorial and decided he wanted the Penetrator so he went outside to mug peds. Genki was waiting... poor guy only had a pistol and like a hundred rounds. Spent about ten minutes kiting him before he got him down. The entire store cheered.
baddass! maybe its because i move to fast, but i never see the furry pink bastard.

Quickest way I found in SR3 to kill that mad cat was to simply keep doing "Heavy Beat Downs"
Shooting him and you just run out of ammo...
Nut punch will put him on the ground but doesn't do enough damage.
Multiple Heavy Beat Down though (get a 100% with the quick time settings) and you'll drop him like a bad habit in no time.

So How much respect can you get out of man handling the mad cat in SR4?

BTW: I just finished my first run through and am at 93% complete (level 50, All Super Homies, only missing level 4 fire, and a couple of small things).

Uh what is the quickest way to make money in SR4?
In SR3 it was Knife Edge Barnstorming the North end of the North/South Runway (about 10k per single pass).
In SR2 it was hitting the underground casino's vault area (I think there are 12 money boxes down in the vault for a total of 5.5K).
Barnstorming is no longer a respect and money maker in SR4 (the cash really helps in upgrading weapons early on).

The hardest instance of Tank Mayhem on casual will rake in about 10k per 90 seconds with a little practice. That's my first goto when I need a quick buck.

your character looks strikingly similar to mine. the glasses and the hat and even the facial structure and hair.

I'm on my second run through, this time on casual (first run was on normal).
I installed the Genki spawn mod (sets him to 3% chance spawn on one of the islands).
He doesn't fair so well when hit with the "little gun" from (hidden location).

All in all I think I banked up pretty good, one time I swear he drop'd around 240K. I was just using regular melee instead of shooting him or hitting him with the bat...

Side note: if you buy the Gibbing option for the bat, then don't worry about upping the damage. It pretty much insta-gibs anything...
Now back to Genki hunting :)

Easiest way, by far, to kill a SR3 Genki is to park a car on him. They spawned like Viagrafied rabbits in my SR3 for some strange reason. I was at $20M almost constantly from early on.

how do you get to hidden location? I know it's at let's pretend somewhere. is it through that door on the roof with the black wall over it?

Shoot open the back door from inside the store.

I encountered an army of genki (genkis?) in one of the "upload a virus" challenges. XD needless to say, it was damn hilarious.
