Not with this editor, but with the Sandbox++ mod, you can load the "kept" tower. I believe that will be persistent if you save and load afterward.

You should find your saves at:
%\Steam\userdata\Your user number here\55230\remote\

If you are the only one that uses your PC, then it will be the only numbered folder in "%\Steam\userdata\"

Try to find a folder with the number 206420, or 55230. These are my Steam\userdata folders for Saints Row The Third.

It's been quite a while since I did this. I'm not likely to make changes. But I don't think I'd want to try to add statistics like those, as they don't affect your gameplay.

Well, I acknowledge the request. If I were to work on it again, I may try to implement it, but to be honest, it's unlikely I'll be working on it.
