Not really, you can only get it via GOTC upgrade in the Humble Store. This costume is broken though, sound effects are missing and the icon doesn't show up properly in the inventory. It's like a giant fuck you to GOTC owners...
I'm wondering who decided to include this shit as an 'exclusive' - was it Deep Silver or Volition?

Just look at this, did anyone try it out at least once before pushing it into GOTC? XD
(yep, this grey/white square is Glass Roots 'Merica - it changes its icon to a random one once you select it; this only happens in the inventory for some reason, it shows up properly while switching weapons on fly...)
About sound effects, I really don't understand why they created new broken ones instead of simply putting regular 'Merica ones. Perhaps they started working on new SFX but it was rushed so badly that they didn't manage to finish them?...
Wait, really? It can't be that sloppy.
I'd record a video showing the *brand new special* SFX which doesn't have any music in the background nor even rocket sound effects but I'm really too lazy to waste my time for this - recording a video would take me longer than Volition to create this diarrhea.
