Hey guys, so I've been trying to mod this and I've gotten up to the step where I've opened misc_tables.vpp_pc with notepad and found character_definitions.xtbl. what's the final step i need to do to open up character_definitions.xtbl to edit the text?

Use Minimaul's tools (in the Tool Releases) forum to expand the misc_tables.vpp_pc file into a folder. Therein will be character_definitions.xtbl. Copy it to your SR4 root directory, then use Notepad++ (or another good editor, but NOT Notepad) to change that how you want it.

Ok, so I tried opening the vpp_pc file with the vpp unpacker mentioend in the how to mod page (latest version), tried dragging it into the unpacker (after extracting it and everything else from the zip file into a new file) and it crashes every single time.
What am I doing wrong? Can someone give me a step by step list of instructions or something because I'm stumped.
