whenever I try to use this mod and try to load my save it just loads forever and never actually gets into the game. And during the initial character creation i'm invisible

Do you have Steam or GOG version of the game? Are you sure that you removed all other mods before installing the pack?
 
I had the same problem of not being able to see my character, i fixed it by removing all my mods, re-verifying the game on steam, then installing this pack onto my game (after deleting all my saves in steam files to start anew) and it worked perfectly! Also may i remind you you're not allowed to "double post" :3
 
Well, I really can't help in such situations. My only guess would be either a mod conflict or outdated version of the game (which only happens if you're a pirate, considering that Steam usually updates all games automatically and GOG started selling The Third quite recently).
 
Have you considered making new skins?

...what new skins? I'm not going to replace anything and there's no way to add new content to the game. Also, I'm not an artist, my skill doesn't go beyond the most basic operations in Paint.NET. All texture mods in this pack have been created by other modders, mainly Admixon, Dhruv (Saints billboards), Hevon and superdemus (shiny clothes).

No way at all?

Are you thinking of making new textures for NPC's? TBH, we have enough player-related texture mods.
