Ultimate SRIV Gang Spawning

This mod adds gang spawning, however, I have no clue how to change gangs that spawn in a specific location
For now this is pretty much an idea as to how similar SR4 actually is to it's predecessor


Features:
Luchadores now roam the map


Planned:
Luchadores will roam the southwest and southeast
Deckers will roam the Northwest corner
Morningstar will roam the Northeast and downtown (I'm assuming it means Loren Square and all that jazz) corners

Variants:
There might be variants of the spawning with Ronin, Samedi, and Brotherhood.
STAG might also be a choice amongst those who like a little challenge.

The reason I've decided to create this is to actually recreate SRTT gang spawning without using spawn_info_categories or anything that specifically messes with ped spawns (especially if it's lua files). I just want to see how far SR4 has changed functionally, I'll eventually release this even if it's unfinished.
 
I have finally added Brutes back however they are extremely buggy and they don't spawn like they're supposed to
 
Big problem: SR4 believes every gang is Luchadores meaning that they are the only spawning gang
Originally in ETD, the luchador models were replaced with alien models and all the aliens, who were technically luchadores, were supposed to control all of Steelport. Moreover, their icons on the map were colored green, like the police icons were blue and the saints were purple.
Are you planning to release the mod in two variations - one within the technical luchadores for ETD, and the second for the classic Saints Row?

Not sure, maybe I'll get to that, spawning gangs is a lot more challenging because Luchadores are the only gang "technically" so all gangs including police are luchadores as well

There are two luchadore models in game, I had to make new character files and use the existing Saints variants that were left over from SR3
 
The police skins and their vehicles have changed in the city. Renamed Luchador and Decker districts. But the gangs themselves did not appear on the streets. What could be wrong?

Personally I think they won't spawn because Luchadores are the prioritized gang in SR4. Remember, Luchadores, Morningstar, and the Deckers, are all part of the syndicate in SR3. They must have changed something where the "team" (they call them teams in the code) Luchadores are more prominent than the others, unless you spawn them in using spawn groups, and I refuse to do that.

Yes, the police are replaced by regular cops, not ZPD, and the aliens at the points are also replaced by luchadores. But for some reason they don’t walk around the map, only saints and cops appear.
By the way, the Hood files do not use lines of gang notoriety, only the police. This is a remnant from ETD, when the cops and aliens were separate teams. Even worse, the syndicate has a pink color - when gangs of clones appear, they are painted in this color on the map, but in ETD, green was used instead for the aliens (who replaced the luchadores).
Are there any more screenshots of the luchadores appearing on the map? Their appearance on the map does not work for me.
