Download the Tools.
Extract Weapons.xtbl from Misc_tables.vpp_pc
Run winmerge to find the differences between this modded version and the original.
Extract Weapons.xtbl from patch_compressed.vpp_pc
Make the same changes you found in the previous step.

So that would be two weapons.xtbl files. Which one would I end up using?
 
The new one you find in Patch_compressed.

You extract the old one so you can find out what changes he made to the original file, then apply those changes to the new one from the patch.
 
Hello? Can someone teach me how to combine the unlimited flying in the zinyak mech mod and this mod. They seem to both use tweak_table.xtbl...

Sorry just saw this: "UPDATE: Took away the recharge time on the Mech Suit. Files are updated for re-download. Enjoy" So which is the new download?

What if there are two File of the same how do i make it so i can have both running out the same time E.G. Easy Nuke & Unlimited Super Power Mod
