I'm not sure what you mean Viking...

Several people have/are running several mods all at once.

However, if you're trying to use 2 or more mods that modify the same files, you'll need to combine them together manually.
A tool like Winmerge is useful in that case.

Godamit I hate that I can't use multiple mods! Does anyone know how can I use more than one mod at the time?

Like the post above mine said, you'd need a combiner like the one he mentioned. Or usually I'll combine them myself and upload it as a separate file for people. Cause I'm nice.

I can't seem to combine the fly mod with unlimited powers properly, the game keeps crashing at loading.

You didn't even ask me if you could combine them.

Edit: Read up on the sticky in this section on when and when not to post mods. And to ask permission before posting one or combining someone else's mod.
