Well, the problems I was having are gone so it must have been the SweetFX

Good deal. I personaly hate windows 10 but that's personal opinion. To get things to run smoother and mods to work ptoperly, Windows 8 is better.

Hi, is it possible to just download the clothes and hair changes? I want to have the ported clothes and hair but I do not wish to have the other stuff. Is there a way to do it?

Yes. Previous post shows a link to mediafire that has every clothing items and hair style i ported over the last year. Download and copy and replace the given customize item.vpp and dlc2.vpp files in the cache folder and done.
