Use your original preloadrigs. Put the pulledponytail .sim file in main directory and see if it works

It worked! All I had to do is exactly what you said by putting the .sim file in there and use the original rigs file and it worked. Only problem is the clipping of the hair in that pic awhile back but it isn't that bad. Thank you so much. If you can however find a way to fix that hair clipping then that would be great. If you can't, then well, you did your best.
mine works perfest since ireplaced the sim file in preloadrigs. the game believed it was the original file and used it. That is the only way to fix it. extract your preload rigs from sriv. Look for cf_hair_ longstraight_02.sim and rename it cf_pulledponytail.sim and replace the one in srtt prloadrigs.vpp. Then it will recognize it as original and load it correctly.
I will post a video of that hair style working perfectly tomorrow after I get some sleep and prove I fixed it and that preloadrigs file works. I integrated all my items into the packfiles and customize item .vpp file and packfiles and everything loads perfect and I don't have a million mods in my main directory. I rebuilt the entire game all the way from billboards to street textures. I will soon upload a copy of my entire compilation of mods packed into the game. No errors and no mistakes because it is all integrated into the packfiles.
