Will there be cheats?

  • There are homies (Armando & Henrique or The Lost MC mates).
  • There are cheats.
  • You can change your clothes (at least in The Ballad of Gay Tony).
  • There are various new radio stations.
  • There is car storage.
Plus there are scores in missions which make them more challenging.

You are right on those facts but while the episodes featured a couple of new interiors, this expansion pack will have a whole new map (50% size of Steelport) as well as a whole ton of new vehicles, weapons and NPCs.
The GTA episodes were epic though, I completed both as well as the original GTA IV last holiday all the way to 100%, had a blast. Really worth the 14 bucks I payed for them through Steam.

We will have to wait untill the expansion comes out so we can see what it has to offer, perhaps new radio stations as well, really curious.

I do find it pretty dumb there is no car storage though. Sure we have superpowers which we can move to travel across the map very fast but at least give us an option to save vehicles we like and add an option to have them delivered to you. I don't care how, if there is some fire effect and after thats done its there, thats good enough for me. They do seem to have taken away quite some things except for car storage, like clothes, cheats and homies.

Well, I just mean that if the campaign takes 6-8 hours to complete and activities, let's say, 3-4 hours and there's nothing to do in the freeroam except messing around with new weapons, then it's 20 euro for about 12-14 hours. Paying 20 bucks for one day of fun isn't as cheap as it seems to be.

Thats one expensive day. Lets hope its better then that. Messing around can be fun for quite some time though, I still go on regular rampages on Saints Row The Third ;)

Geez, people are quick to condemn a game these days...

It's not out yet. The game's only $20, and probally will have more fun things to do then games I've had to play way more for lately. This isn't a AAA game and it's not being advertised as such. Wait until you play it to be worried about it.
Exactly, it might actually be fun for a game that's a standalone expansion for Saints Row IV. Who doesn't want to be Johnny Gat beating up demons and causing general mayhem in Hell?

Yep, in my opinion they're an example of well done standalone expansion. The only thing is, while TBoGT had various missions but also quite dumb storyline TLaD was exactly vice versa - missions were even more repetitive than those from the basic GTA IV but the storyline was awesome. Anyway, still, I love them both. :p

Sorry guys. Gat out of Hell has an original score. No radio stations or licensed music at all.

Will there be DLCs? DLCs for standalone DLC?

About half the time, the answer is "me" (aka; I don't want to play as Gat).
Also, her name is "Kinzie", not "Kenzie", as you have said in more than a few of your posts.

Oh, right, sorry about that. Had it in my head it was spelled 'Kenzie'. Thanks. :D

And from my viewpoint, Kinzie does seem like a better fit than Gat as she would at least have a plan on how to get the Boss out of Hell. Gat's plan basically boils down to: "Murder a lot of demons and hope that solves the problem."

Gat's the Boss' oldest friend, of course he's gonna do something even if he has no idea what exactly to do.

No mods either? Watched the GB video and it only took them 5 hours and that was going for everything, estimated 3 hours without the side stuff. (Though it's apparently all side stuff but yah...)
