Will there be cheats?

The more I play, the more I feel like this should not have been "stand-alone." This should've just been tacked on to SR:IV. In going to a stand-alone version, it sacrifices a lot of in-game features.

It coulda had all those features. It's the same engine.
Have you seen the contents of the packed files? It's nearly the same exact game. Not sure why they decided to cut so much like garages, homies, and cheats.
Garages&Homies = Unrealistic-ish. Cheats = WHYYYYY????
Why not? More crazy off the wall fun and meyhem.

BECAUUUUUUSE it's the Saints Row tradition.
This is a game where Gat goes to hell to shoot Satan in the face. I think realism and logic went away at the end of Saints Row 2.
