Because it's right to behave like a crazed machinegun in this mod :) For the tek-z you should merge from my weapon upgrades.xtbl to shitface one the upgrades of the tek-z, or if you want only remove the incendiary bullets serach for incendiary rounds in tek-z upgrades...
