Nice work! Wish I had this on PC. I get enough fun from Xbox 360 though haha, not going through the game again. :)

There is one option. When you enter a cheat on any Saints Row, it disables autosave so that it doesn't save your cheats, your problem is a perfect example of why. Go back to your latest autosave, and find your game cheat (and cluster) free.

'developers' are very busy people. Mods are made by the community, and like rasta has told you, turning Saints Row's cars into others cannot be done. For your second question, I don't know, but I'm certain I saw a discussion where somebody had done this.

The mods in this are probably not compatible with each other.
