Almost yes. I dont have a problem with new city or new characters ( as long as they are like first orginal crew ). I always support the idea of reboot. But we never thought this when they said its a origin story of Saints. That been said i never like the new city and new crew. New city should be a new Stilwater or a new city based on Detroit, Baltimore or Chicago like Stilwater. And new crew should be voiced by old voice actors but with new personalities and characters. And definitly they shouldnt be trying to be a tv chef or wearing kitty cat helmets. When they working on gangs they should use real life gangs like Ms 13, Black Disciples etc. That new crew straight out of cartoon shows, definitly not from real life. And enemy gangs too. I mean there is literally zero gang in that game. Marshalls are just evil ,sci fi gun technoloy company, Idols are bunch of pink clothes and tv helmets wearing , spoiled kids cult and the panteros is the only one who actually look kinda similer to a gang but they wearing wolverine claws. Sorry but i dont think anybody can take any of these groups seriously.

They were had chance to do everything right but they blew it. If they choosed a humble and realistic begening for Saints Row this game would be classic and praised over decades by fans just like first two.

I heard they even Make the gangster position from leader,Member and Lieteunant based on Interview with Real life gangster thats why they understand the Gangster stuff a lot back then.. not just like R* With nonsense Gangster position i'm still concerned CJ position in Grove street probably second hand in command i assume not the leader since the gangster member didn't respect you they tend to shoot you too anytime lol.



SR right now its not challenged me at all.. Volition nerf the enemies and become dumb and Overpowered Playa to all his enemies when i try SRTT.. but they make it balance when it comes SRIV and make it hardest in Hardcore difficulty since no infinite health in SRIV.. only Asha Campaign was hardest to me

That's a definition of remake not reboot. Old cast, same characters but modern graphics. Reboot means EVERYTHING new

As for the rest... That makes a lot more sense. But those types of things are exactly the type of bullshit that's going on in the current era, so that's why they've got it in the game. Yeah, maybe they could have made the core 3 gangs a little more serious, and just left all the cat helmets and sci-fi stuff as background environmental entertainment, but they didn't. Maybe there's a good reason they did it, that we just haven't seen yet? Who knows?

When it comes to second part I want to talk about this situation but afraid to make people think i am bad or racist. I dont understand why Americans are so obsessed with such things. I always think that they got no real problems so they talking about these things. Even in the old American movies people always judging each other because of the words and clothes etc.

Ok. I don't know if you think I am American (just from the context of your post), but I am actually British, and live in England.

And that was just an example of things in that game that may have been acceptable back then, but are not now. No matter where we live, or where we're from. But yeah, there are much bigger things to worry about than someone's attire or what words are acceptable. "Sticks & stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me"... Nowadays it seems like certain words are the equivalent to a finisher move in 1v1 arena fighting game.

You want the reboot to be like SR1 so you literally want a remake but I understand that. Not everyone will love the game and I also have mixed feeling about the new game but I'll give it a chance.

Just out of curiosity (And no offence intended)... What does that make the "Reboots" for Futurama, Red Dwarf, and Ben 10? Cos they're classed as a "Reboot", but still use the same cast, environments, and characters.

Or is a reboot for a game series different to a TV series?
