Did you install it with all the files needed, ie, the missed file you talked about? What about mods? What mods do you have installed?

HELP!!! when i press tab (TO PHONE) the game freezes and when i go to display my game freezes

Lately i havenn't played SRTT, but I should have Sandbox+ and all related mods that allow me to replay all mission, without special costumes. The one that don't change your hairstyle and a couple I can't remember at the moment.

Try the clip editor without your mods on, maybe that may fix it.

You all need to use version included in Gentlemen of Steelport, this one is extremely outdated as it wasn't updated since December 2011.

Have you chosen an option to edit clips in the main menu?

The main menu option to edit existing clips will not properly work if you try to use it without having any clips saved and you will have to restart the game.
