Dark Rain version 1.4 is now available and fixes all NPC animations during rain. It also introduces two new weather cycles (light shower) and (medium rain).

The character.xtbl file only modifies pedestrian behaviors, nothing else is touched.

Dark Rain version 1.5 is available, which removes city takeover weather (but is still available as an option).

Hopefully someone will be able to make the city takeover blue a simulation override since it does have a nice visual style to it.

Dark Rain has quickly become one of my favorite mods for SRIV, nice job!
