Gentlemen of Steelport Compilation

Do you think you could add a decal system to vehicles? like the tattoo system on humans but adding pictures to a car.
It doesn't seem very likely but it would be a really cool feature.

I kept my hands of GoS for now, but sice there is no standalone of the mission replay mod which is updated, I guess I have to use GoS. But I have made modifications to some of the Weapons to fit my taste and I dont want to loose those mods, Can I somehow build my weapon.xtbl and the weapon_upgrade.xtbl into GoS?

Why not just drop them into root? AFAIK root files are loaded last and should override GoS versions.
Well, that would be my solution until GoS gets its own "put your own optional mods here" folder. Or does it have that already?

I do plan on updating the standalone version of the replay mod soon when I have some time, but encogen has it right where you can simply add your own individual mods to the root which will override any GoS stuff. Also, every single mod included with GoS can be selected/deselected so it's very flexible to suit individual taste.

Thanks guys, I didnt knew that it works that way. I Guess I just build myself the standard GoS with the wanted mods and add mine into the root.

Can we have an option to choose custom characters for Whored Mode? The existing 5 aren't all that interesting.

Agreed. I think someone has already done so, but if not it should be quite easy to do.

On an unrelated note, the latest release of GoS currently builds 2 patch files containing all mods, as opposed to having them all loose in the root of install. I was considering offering the user a choice to either do it that way with the patch files, or alternately just build the individual mod files to put in the root. On the positive side, this would allow users to leave their core files alone if they chose to and also let modders easily build individual mods to examine. On the negative side, it might clutter and confuse users by having each choice. Is this something that you guys would like to see as an option?
