idolninja, do you know which folder saints row 2's save files are located because I downloaded your 95% save file but I don't know where it goes.

SR2 savegames are located here: C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\THQ\Saints Row 2

No, see the path that Singa posted. AppData is a hidden folder, so you'll need to either change folder view options, or manually type it in the address bar to navigate.

Man, I know this mod is old and you've heard this a million times before - but thank you so goddamn much. I haven't smiled like I have tonight in so long (that sounded kinda depressing but whatever, this mod is absolutely fabulous).

So this might be a dumb question or answered somewhere else, but I didn't see it in the various readme's with the mod so I'll ask anyway.

What does the vanilla patch do? The patch.vpp_pc file created is a different size from the same file in the Steam folder for the game, it's bigger. Is the version of the file downloaded from Steam good to go or does the vanilla patch fix bugs still in the Steam version?

Also, the game seems to draw a lot of power from the computer, way more than newer games even. Is there any fix for this or do I just need a better computer?
