graphics are not an issue for me its hard to judge a screen from an ingame phone that uploads in small rez then playing it on a 50inch tv which i am im not about graphics its game play for me and im loving this alot the roads alone have insane realistic markings on them lane changes lots of variation pot holes height elevation etc every road looks different on a big screen this game looks great to me an im surprised how well it actually runs on a console my pc is average i max out saints row 4 an run it at 60 and i think it looks just as good if not better.
With no mods also remembering that the consoles are 10 year old tech almost there's not so much you can do with them.
If a pc version does come out ill pick that up too because of mods but atm i cant wait for multiplayer to drop even though majority of my time is spent driving around exploring the world havnt done much story i do like it being a female i really have no problems with the issues other people find with it i know its a game if im enjoying it i dont really mind... that said iv also seen full on nudity even a penis a few times now it kinda shocked me the first time but now i wonder why saints row was banned in my country for such stupid things and still pix-elates nudity by now after seeing it in gta i figure it should be an option to atleast turn on... Just a thought dont lynch me.
It certainly is but it's not the perfect game the reviews suggest it is. For me the writing has really let it down, the horrible characters, the dreadful dialogue and childish humour spoil it. I can't comment on the story because I'm not sure if it actually has one, everything seems a little random at the moment. Everything else is brilliant, the cars are an improvement over GTA4s shopping trolleys, the gunplay has been massively improved and given the shit the game is running on they've done a great job with visuals (mostly).
Property is very expensive in GTA and as you don't get a single penny for missions, you won't even be able to get everything at 40%.Oh definitely. Though to be honest, I kinda' liked some things that Escapist considered defects. Like the fact that the protagonists are total scumbag maniacs, that's how it should be in GTA, none of that misunderstood hero with issues bullshit (Niko, Vic, CJ). Also, finished around 20 - 25 story missions and encountered three comebacks. One of which took me by surprize, poor Johnny.
Anyway at the end of the day my biggest complaint is that GTA V shares the same defect as SR TT, aka it showers you with fancy cars, fancy guns, fancy choppers, crap ton of money etc. from the start, two or more heists and we'll probably own everything in the game...
By the way has anybody tried buying property? I totally forgot to check that out.
The torture scene was crap. I don't know why everybody's puking their guts out. They should try playing Manhunt.
