not being able to undo power upgrades/turn powers off entirely.

2. Holding down the sprint button makes you start moving, which combined with super sprint means I lost count of how many times I tried to bo-duke-en into a car only to super-sprint into it and send it flying.

It's quite easy actually, since you can bo-duke-en from further away this time

not in my experience. everytime i try to bo-doku-en it just doesn't work. half the time i hit the car too.

With tornado skill, walk to the side of the car and pull the driver out is easier than bodoken. I send the car I wanted to hijack away every time I try to do it.

Insurance fraud (or just "Fraud" now). This activity has been recycled enough. It's not fun anymore. I always just turn on the "evil cars" cheat to complete them because I don't give a shit about doing the same activity again. Couldn't you guys have thought up something else to replace this activity with?
