By "Copying all the files in the root of the archive to your SR3 install folder", do you mean that it must be placed in the same folder as the launcher.exe?

Corrodias and I were finally able to nail down the replay zone issues with the nuke plant and 3 count casino cribs (we hope.) Here's a current build that I'm going to be doing some testing with this weekend to confirm. See attached.

Also, all the mini missions now have appropriate icons for their activities and cutscene replays. Thanks gibbed for the great idea.

I would really appreciate it if I could get some testing and feedback with the latest build of Mission Replay for the following missions:

m01 Good Heists Gone Bad <- Mission completes without crashing and teleports you to a good location (not the ocean,) and plane window can be shot out
m03 We're Going to Need Bigger Guns <- Able to exit back out of the weapon upgrade menu and continue (in case your ammo is full and you have fully upgraded weapon)
m06 The Belgian Problem <- 2nd elevator works and player location after mission completion is okay
m07 Return to Steelport <- Rescue Zimos part works and crib is restored on completion/cancel
m08 Trojan Whores <- End cutscene plays with correct background and after completing the Nuke plant crib works correctly
m16 http://deckers.die <- End cutscene plays with correct background and after completion the 3 Count crib works correctly
sh02 Pimps Up, Hos Down <- Safeword club loads correctly and completion doesn't lock players in the garage after killing brute
sh03 Stop All the Downloading <- Nuke plant skydive works ok, and the nuke plant crib is restored and works correctly after completion or cancel
sh04 3 Count Beatdown <- Casino is restored for mission and crib is restored on completion/cancel and works correctly

NOTE:
If you are currently having issues with cribs from an earlier release of the mod then you may need to replay and complete that crib stronghold for it to be permanently corrected:
Pimps Up, Hos Down - Safeword
Stop All the Downloading - Nuke Plant
3 Count Beatdown - 3 Count Casino

Please make sure you are using the latest build v2a before testing:

Steam version of SR3

Tried out
m01 Good Heists Gone Bad - First time, the game crashed, when I shot the Chopper when it appears, 2nd time, I let it shoot it's missle.
Mission end after chopper crash
m02 I'm falling, free falling - Can shoot through plane window, after mission end, starts in beginning area.

One of my hard drives had an error, so i'm not going to be doing any more playing or testing anything until i've had a chance (and am in an emotionally capable state) to try to update my backup and do a full scan, possibly drive replacement as well. It's running, so i'll probably be able to recover my most recent files since the last backup, but it's a very stressful process. I don't know whether i hope it's a fluke with the drive controller or an actually failing drive. Anyway, that's why you won't see me doing much for a while.
 
Tried out
m01 Good Heists Gone Bad- work properly, no crash. but after mission completion you will lose all you weapons and grenades are unavailable until you reequip and rebuy them.
m03 We're Going to Need Bigger Guns- weapon upgrade menu was forced out and continue properly.Your followers were kept and attacked normally.
m06 The Belgian Problem - 2nd elevator works but when mission completed player is still in the ocean.
m07 Return to Steelport - work fine. but rescuing Zimos would take a long time because there may be many saints in street under the world state, which were attacking and stopped the enemies chasing player.
m08 Trojan Whores - No bug report.
m16 http://deckers.die - No bug report.
There is one extra problem for the V2a mod. Once some homies(Zombie Gat, Angle, et al) and backup are successfully called ,the game will crash, no matter on mission or not. Seems not happen before or when you don't finish the game yet:confused: .

What a pity:eek: . During a busy period there are lots to do and help to be made.

Thanks for the testing, and I'll look at those reported issues. I suspect that the homie issue is because certain missions lock out homies from being called and it could be conflicting with endgame when you should be able to call any of them.
 
Running V2 and some other mods and few teaks of my own but V2 even runs co-op with vanilla SR-TT GOOD JOB!!! still have the free fall in to the ocean in co-op but everything else looks good.
Stun_Gun_Fun_V2 even works in vanilla co-op just they do not see the special weapons no crashing or issues for either of us.
