NPC Behaviour and Spawn Mod

Can someone post this mod merged with Extendred gangs cuztomization 2.0
Tried myself but failed...

This is great. I found something a little buggy. The Pony Cart shows the 2 front wheels that should be invisible. Also the Passengers just stand on the Cart. Is this a general problem or is it just me?

That wheel bug has been in the game since SR3. For some reason the wheels were left visible on the distant LOD models for the pony cart. You can also see this during the half-baked EtD mission where they're used. Unfortunately I don't think this can be fixed until the pony cart model can be edited. The standing passengers is due to a lack of a sitting animation for pony cart passengers, which I will try and fix later.

Also, update.

Just copying this from some web site... here we go:
  • Right-click on the game you wish to verify and select "Properties" from the drop down menu.

  • Click on the "Local Files" tab. Click on the "Verify Integrity Of Game Cache..." button. Steam will then begin to verify the game cache. This may take anywhere from a few minutes to half an hour, depending on the size and complexity of the game.

  • Wait for Steam to finish verifying the cache files. The process window will automatically close when it has completed.
verified it and it still isnt working

Just tried out the latest update and I'm stoked to report I just got into a massive downtown battle, fighting gangs left and right while trying to shoot down multiple saucers and Marauders alongside other Saints. The chaos was insane. Battle lasted about 20 minutes till the Warden showed up. Excellent job!

So I thought to myself, let's install this NPC Behaviour and Spawn mod all the kids have been talking about lately. It's a lot of fun, they said. A bit of extra challenge really improves the game, they said. Start a new game with it, they said.... I'll try to describe my experience to you, starting from the moment Zinyak dumped me in Faux-Steelport.

Open world at last, I can't wait to see what the mod can throw at me. There's a lot more people around at least. Hey wait a second, was that girl carrying an energy sword? And did that guy have an RPG? I must have them!

(two headshots later)

Finally, the weapons I want available from the start. Time to buy some ammo, do some damage and test out the new notoriety spawns. But I need a ride first.... oh that looks like a cool car, I haven't seen that decal on it before. Get out of there lady, that car is mine!

Hostage diversion?

Eh, might as we-OHMYGOD IS THAT A TANK? AAAAARGH I'm hit! Drive! Drive! Drive! TWO attack helicopters, are you kidding me? Oh god, my car is on FIRE! JUMP! The hostage didn't make it out. If I move fast I might be able to grab a SWAT- No, I'm dead.

So yeah, I'm enjoying it. It makes surviving early game notoriety very difficult, but getting the superpowers is so satisfying. You can dish out some pain, NPC Behavior and Spawn mod. Now allow me to return the favor.
