I already did and I think I'll stay with your weather mod though. I like it much better than vanilla settings. :)

I figured it was time to spill the milk, umm, here goes, there is a new time of day coming, it's called my "Psychedelic Time of Day" lol. I don't remember where I seen it but there was a post here on this forum about someone asking about a rainbow sky, well I gave it a thought and decided to give a go ;)
 
The latest version of sr2pegtool is under development.
Bicubic and Lanczos3 is now available to the resize method in addition to the average pixel method.
How to generate mipmap can now be specified in detail in the description of the sr2pegtool.ini file.
(resize method, gamma factor, unsharp mask factor, etc..)

Because the manual has not been able to yet, it takes a while longer time until the publication of the latest version of sr2pegtool.

Latest sr2chunktool is also in development.
I'll resume the creation of new texture when I've finished these tasks.
 
I love the new tool thanks! I have with me a few new road signs including new Interstate 395 and 295 signs, chevrons, one way and that red and black stop sign ;) Let me know when you need them or I can bundle these signs into this file:

The textures goes into the sr2_alwaysload_user.peg_pc and sr2_alwaysload_user.g_peg_pc files. I went through putting the new textures into the sr2_alwaysload_user.peg_pc and sr2_alwaysload_user.g_peg_pc files to save you the trouble of doing it yourself ;) The screenshots are taken with your latest texture pack with my time of day mod. You also have better yellow stripes in the roads too.
Use GOTR. Extract and copy all files to "1-MODDERS_-_PUT_YOUR_OWN_PERSONAL_MODS_HERE" folder. Then build the patch.
