It does not integrate the FusionH2o's Alternate Time of Day V4 to the texture pack this time.
I tried to adjust the color tone close to the vanilla in this version.

@Fan of Saints if you want, you can try Masamaru's version first then if you decide later you can try out my V4 with this mod

I have a totally different version of time_of_day.xtbl, weather.xtbl , and weather_time_of_day.xtbl files in my upcoming SR Texture Pack for SR2 and they will look and feel like the weather system used in the first game
