It's rude typing in all capital letters. The texture pack works fine on mine and so does my Alt. Time of Day mod. What are your system specs?

I found the graffiti. I didn't notice until now.

I'm using the newest version of the mod, looks great. It's nice to see modders still working on SR2.

The delay occurs when I go by car at high speed.
