I think that was in the Gentlemen of Steelport Compilation release but I'm not sure.

IDOL, u said looking for feedback for opinons of the double load after cutscene.... i for one like it when it takes u back to HQ. i noticed right away the double load, but it was noticed originally as a handy "thank you" warp back home & thought it was an intentional foresight which i thought was nice touch. so add me to the yes votes on that. 
I was able to get one of those in my garage but if I remember correctly the steering sucks and you have to pull back to get it to NOT do a nosedive and push forward to go into a kamikaze dive bomb position. Does it still do that or can you fly it like a normal plane?
Well you can test out and give me feedback, i'm also interested in making an bitmap file for the plane name but i dont know if this necessary, idol can choose if its useful or not

I would love them. Why not create an actual release thread for it? I would be glade to link to it from the rare vehicle cheats mod that adds both giant planes.
Re teleport back to SHQ works after every cutscene. The delay is caused by double teleporting as looks like each cutscene has a predetermined teleport location. I noticed after one of the Stag scenes, the player was dropped under the Loren Sq offices before being teleported to SHQ. The main thing is back to SHQ works and the delay is nothing to worry about.
