well i didnt get it trough steam so that's not the problem, i did restart steam and messed with the cloud settings but no change. the savegames just dont show up in game.

Great tool, unfortunately (for me) it doesn't quite reach the scope I'm in need of. Like an idiot I purchased the Bloodsucker pack (was just buying all the DLC I didn't already own) and wish to be rid of it (yay no-DLC options on Steam or in-game). I could be terrible at searching for things but this appeared to be the best bet for dropping the content from my game (load up, get DLC, save, remove bonuses). It seems, though, the bonuses work where you buy it, it affects some character stat (like % respect gain is a separate stat you can modify) and then is done. Removing the bonus abilities just means I can buy them again and get the bonus again.
Hourly income and %money gained stats are not currently addressable (if they are even stats, my message presumes a lot of knowledge that is really just guesses). If it interests you at all maybe in the future these could be features.
Either way, thank you to all involved for such a useful tool.

Thanks! This will help with part of the problem. My main issue is that I enjoy the beginning of the game when you have ~0 hourly income and have to take your dinky weapons you beat out of the rival gangs and earn your way into some money/weapons.
Actually, looking that table I might just tweak it a bit to get rid of all cash-hourly/respect %/cash % upgrade modifiers (i.e. no bonus from having them) so when they're automatically unlocked they don't actually do anything. I normally buy them when I earn them but preserving that early feeling means more for me than later on more quickly upgrading.

I checked it quickly and didn't see any genki vehicles. Then i saved in a separate file and compared the before and after, and there were no differences. Could you give me a quick explanation of what you do in the program that makes them disappear?
There are not Genki Girl Vehicles? I tested that save now and:
When I loaded my save in your Save Editor and I opened Garage Editor there are not any of my Genki Girl Vehicle on the list. But after edit, they are still in my garage! I think they are not saved in save file. Anyway, before I thought they are removed because I only searched they on the Garage Editor list but I do not tried test edited save. I sorry for wasting your time. I am so unperspicacious.
It sort of looked like they was saying they didn't buy the game through steam, but was playing it in steam.
Anyways, I (STUPIDLY) got the bloodsucker pack in the Summer Sale bundle (no this isn't about the neck biting, already got the fix for that), I try to disable all the cash/respect perks it unlocks, however whenever I load a game I find that they are back again. Is this an issue exclusive to me, or can the save editor not fix that yet?
