But seriously, mods and stuff like that are for the PC. Consoles are cool, but mods are PC only. Now let's resume topic before we start pulling out so many Hitler cards that even the History Channel would blush at.
By the way, shouldn't SRV have a German female voice? It'd be cool to have German!Female Boss.

Going back on topic I think they should bring back and improve the "choices" system from SR3. For example with some of the assassination targets you have the choice to killing the target or you can spare them. Killing them will net you a massive amount of cash but sparing the target will unlock a new homie. Story-wise these choices would be end-mission choices that can have an effect on the games ending. With the Boss either devolving into a ruthless killer (SR2), an ax-crazy hitman (SR1), a charismatic yet clueless idiot (SR4 and GOOH) or a wealthy business person (SR3).

I think for SR5 the VA options should be American 1, British\Cockney , American 2, Hispanic, Northeast Asian, Eastern European and as NOUS and Nordlys suggested German. As I also mention in an earlier post they should have a much more detailed voice editor that has both basic and advanced options. Another thing is have more eye colors to choose from (think the eye color options that we saw in Gentlemen of Stilwater for example) and as a fellow user suggested in either this thread or another similarly named thread let us apply tattoos in any region of the body. For example applying the "Mass Produced" tattoo to the neck region.

Nothing like blowing the entire budget on voice actors alone.

The problem I see here, though, is that the 'Johnny Gat' voice option would mean that Gat's voice actor would have to do double-duty for both Gat's and Boss's voices.
