Sandbox+ is 100% compatible. If you're using the patch build of GoS, just put all the files from Sandbox+ in your root. If you're using the loose build of GoS just make sure to use the sr3_city.lua file that comes with Sandbox+ instead of the one from GoS (for Mission Replay.) I have no idea about Porno and Murder though. It all depends on what files it uses and if the mods you select in GoS use the same ones.

Thanks for the answer. I tried it with the porno and murder mod right now and the game crashed when i went to the wardrobe in a crib.
 
Are you running the Steam version of the game?
 
Well, saying that you have the full package doesn't mean anything. There are cracked versions out there, and these illegal versions exhibit the same symptoms that you're having; i.e. locking up in menus like the wardrobe. Since you're saying that you do own the legal version of the game then the other possibility is a mod conflict. The biggest suspect is probably the new clothing mod included with GoS since it uses the same customization_items.xtbl file. Try deselecting that one in GoS and trying it again with Porno and Murder.
