NPC Behaviour and Spawn Mod

Is that like the same issues that Fallout and Fallout: New Vegas had? There was something with memory, and 2 GB's wasn't enough...so somebody made a mod that allowed for 4 GB's, and then gamers everywhere were happy because their game no longer crashed and froze. (Me being one of them) :D

No, right now the memory restrictions we're dealing with are a result of the game being developed primarily for consoles with access to much smaller amounts. Once mod packfile support is working, then mods will only be limited by the available memory on your machine, according to Knobby.
 
Oh cool...Hope that packfile support becomes available to you guys soon then. :)
 
So is it this mod that causes wardens to just stomp away constantly, without giving you a chance to do shit? Because I never had a problem with them before, but now, I take down their shields with a power, then they just spam that fucking stomp attack, preventing me from attacking them before their shields go back up.
 
Yes. Wardens are no longer bitches when you use this mod, but they're still pretty easy to beat in my opinion. Make sure you jump around a lot more, and don't stay on equal footing with them to avoid the stomp attacks. Just use the 'Merica gun or Brute minigun if you want to beat them with 0 effort, those things will kill a shield-less Warden in about 2 seconds.
 
I appreciate a challenge, but right now, they just come across as incredibly cheap.

Another thing, this mod makes the Kinzie Gambit mission unwinnable, because the Genki that you have to kill in the arena is invincible.

I never experienced that issue with Genki when using this mod. Even using the mounted guns he does take a bit to kill, but I did always manage to finish him off. Nor did I ever have the Warden stomping over and over and over. He'd usually stomp once or twice in a row, then scurry back and forth really fast, dodging my attack when his shield was down.

What other mods are you using? It sounds like you might just be having some conflicts. Did you install any sort of rebalancing weapons mods?

Whoops, that was a result of adding a warden shield to Genki to make him tougher to fight. To fix that, open character.xtbl, search for "npc_ped_genki", and remove the flag <Flag>has_ultra_shield</Flag> from this line. Whenever mod pack support comes out, I'll add a separate Genki character for free roam with the shield.

Maybe. Probably not. The only reason I put together a compilation for SR3 was because my weapon and NPC mods both made a lot of changes to the game, and due to using many of the same files, were designed to be used at the same time for the best gameplay. It just made sense to bundle them into their own pack, especially because GoS was never updated :(. I havent really made any other large mods like this for SR4 (and likely won't) which should be bundled with it, so I'll probably leave my SR4 mods separate. I just don't have time anymore to do that much work again. It's not like I'm being paid to do this, y'know?

Whenever the new GoS descends upon us, it will also include all my mods anyway to install at your pleasure.
