Is that like the same issues that Fallout and Fallout: New Vegas had? There was something with memory, and 2 GB's wasn't enough...so somebody made a mod that allowed for 4 GB's, and then gamers everywhere were happy because their game no longer crashed and froze. (Me being one of them)
No, right now the memory restrictions we're dealing with are a result of the game being developed primarily for consoles with access to much smaller amounts. Once mod packfile support is working, then mods will only be limited by the available memory on your machine, according to Knobby.
