NPC behaviour and spawn mod

Added another update. This one changes the behaviour of hos, pimps, and bouncers to make them more aggressive. It also adds a higher amount of security guards to the airport area and a larger number of bums and mascots to The Grove/Arapice Island.

It's amazing how this mod manages to change the look and feel of Steelport. I'm loving all those new fancy colors, wide variety of cars... and tigers! Great work as always, shitface!

Try a different browser or clear your browser's cache perhaps?
