Sandbox+ for SRTT

I have a polish version. And I own all DLC what we can buy. I have a lot of personal mods in my SR3, so when I restore original files I forgot what I changed in files ;).

Well, if you want help with troubleshooting then you'll need to remove your changes to test. I have no way to troubleshoot your own personal stuff and how it may be conflicting.

Also, did you try the actual version in the OP, and does that released version still leave the purple hud up? You mentioned that you were making your own personal changes to it, and I wonder if it's something one of your edits might have done to cause it.
 
For some reason when I install Sandbox+, the spawn rate of cars and NPCs seems to drop drastically. I can see cars and NPCs in the distance, but when I go near them they just disappear/despawn. This has only started happening recently, and didn't happen in the earlier version(s).

After I installed "control_binding_sets.xtbl" and "control_schemes.xtbl" files from new version of your Sandbox+ and restored default buttons settings that bug disappeared! Thanks for new version! :D

That's been noted before. I think it has to do with landing on the VR or Mars time of day when teleporting or coming out of a mission. The couple of times I've run into it I just teleport somewhere else to force a loading screen and it straightens itself out and peds start spawning. I'm really not sure how I could fix it other than removing those times completely, but I'll give it some thought.

Let me know if you run into it and the teleporting trick works for you.

Also peds/npcs in the distance have always been like that in vanilla. They are part of the engine itself and considered distant objects that you can't interact with. Nothing in the mod changed that at all. It's just more noticeable if nearby peds aren't there.

I have that version too and it works okay . Maybe try to remove unnecessary mods - this game runs in a veeeeery unpredictable manner.

The bug seems to happen all the time, and not necessarily when teleporting or coming out of a mission. I tried teleporting to the Thermopylae interior and then back to Saints HQ, but that didn't seem to fix it.
 
Try advancing the TOD to a normal one using F+INSERT (sunrise, noon, sunset, night) and then teleporting out. It should respawn everything correctly. Also, make sure the teleport destination is far enough away where the load screen kicks in with the music and the purple city.

btw - I don't consider this an actual solution, just curious about if it works for you as well so I can think about how to approach fixing it.

if you could have a version w/ those times removed that'd be great. they don't interest me. but as i posted awhile back, i got the no spawns even w/ an earlier version that did not have those times of day in it (least i think they weren't included). version .43. i believe it was offered with and without those times. anyway, i'm still getting no spawns w/ this newest version. can i edit out those tods?

You can try deleting both default_districts.xtbl and default_global.xtbl included with the mod, and then simply not use the F+HOME commands. That will eliminate all the alternate TOD stuff. If you do, please report your results. Thanks.

No, unfortunately this doesn't fix the problem either. I advanced the time of day to noon, teleported to Saints HQ, then Cyberblazing inside track (I did get the loading screen with music and purple city) and then back to Saints HQ. There were still no NPCs/cars. :(

Edit: Deleting the default_district.xtbl and default_global.xtbl fixed the problem! Thanks!
