I just had a stupid idea...the next boss should just be like Professor Genki, only not a japanese cat-man.

So, the Boss.
More freedom in the game wouldn't hurt. But isn't the boss already pretty much like Genki if you put the voice pitch on +100? xD
But you guys are right about Julius. It's been a long time since I played the games. I get stuff mixed up.
But more freedom to be the boss you want to be would really be awesome. Clean up the city or the opposite. Earn your homies' loyalty by being friendly or by being dangerous. Tell someone to do what you order them to do by explaining, or by pulling out your gun and point it at their heads.

My boss would be most likely the softer one.

Mine wouldn't give Zinyak the opportunity to blow up Earth, he'd do it himself.
Dex dying by someone else other then the Boss would suck hard.
